Produced in the traditional manner, with the walnuts given a lengthy soak to impart their distinctive flavour to the spirit. Perfect for an aperitif with cheese straws and cheese.
Perfect for a mixed leaf salad (local chefs add a few flowers or dandelion leaves), or to season a herb tea (linden blossom or lemon balm, for example). Excellent for deglazing for a fish sauce, or for caramelising apples and making apple compote. A valuable addition to any sweet and sour dish.
